What's worse? A mean sumbitch who knows how to be nice once in a while, or a nice guy who's set on being mean as much as he can?

Both of these guys are jerks in my opinion. They're both liars.

If a person is mean but can be nice it means their niceness is only to their own ends. A manipulation.

If a person if nice but trying to be mean, they can only be so 'mean' before their conscience prevents them from truly bad things.
